- Copyright stays with you. The permission is non-exclusive, and you can ask us to take a feature down at any time.
- Following @potd is part of entering — we check before selecting.
- Private accounts cannot be seen by the contest, so entries must be public.
- Selected photos are featured after the deadline. The prize is the feature — no purchase, no fees.
